East of Scotland Cricket Association

The East of Scotland Cricket Association (ESCA) manages amateur cricket in eastern Scotland. Affiliated to Cricket Scotland, it promotes and improves the game, administers league and cup competitions, and supports coaching and education for coaches, umpires, scorers, ground staff and administrators. ESCA's member clubs are mainly drawn from Edinburgh, East Lothian, Midlothian, West Lothian, Falkirk, Stirling, Clackmannanshire, Fife and the Scottish Borders, with the association's competition area extending from Hawick to Dunnikier, Dunbar and Westquarter. It operates eight divisions of amateur cricket and provides fixtures, results, tables, cup information, disciplinary material, governance documents and committee communications for its member clubs. Its current constitution requires ordinary member clubs to be affiliated to and current members of Cricket Scotland. ESCA is a regional association within Scottish cricket, not an independent national governing body.
