City of Carrollton Athletics - Basketball

City of Carrollton Athletics is the municipal sports programme of Carrollton, Texas Parks and Recreation. It operates youth and adult basketball leagues alongside other city recreation sports and provides registration, schedules, rules and facility information through the City's athletics platform. Youth basketball is offered for boys and girls, with a Mini Basketball League for ages five to six and a recreation league for ages seven to 14. The youth programme focuses on skill development, healthy competition, sportsmanship and enjoyment; league participation includes coached practices, games, jerseys and, for older divisions, playoffs for leading teams. The City also runs adult recreational and competitive basketball leagues for participants aged 18 and over, with scheduled games and end-of-season playoffs at the Rosemeade Recreation Center. Carrollton Athletics relies on volunteer coaches for youth sports and provides programme contact and registration support through its Parks and Recreation Department.
