East Asian Football Federation

The East Asian Football Federation (EAFF) is the regional football association for East Asia, recognised within the Asian football structure. Its purpose is to develop football in the region through active interchange among its members, stronger unity and solidarity, and contributions to peace through the game. EAFF organises and coordinates its official regional competitions, with its Executive Committee determining the events and their final venues. Its principal tournament is the EAFF E-1 Football Championship, which includes men’s and women’s competitions and preliminary rounds for member associations. The federation also provides regional news, competition documentation and information on its member associations, and cooperates with other football bodies on football development across Asia.
