English Schools' Football Association

The English Schools’ Football Association (ESFA) is the national governing body for schools’ association football in England. Formed in 1904, it organises national cup competitions and representative-team competitions for school pupils, supports international squads and promotes inclusive, educationally focused participation. ESFA provides competition rules, fixtures, results, welfare information and school-football resources, with programmes for boys and girls across age groups. This description refers exclusively to association football.
