Hertfordshire FA

Hertfordshire Football Association (Hertfordshire FA) is the County Football Association that governs and develops grassroots association football in Hertfordshire. Founded in 1885, it operates within The FA County FA network and supports affiliated clubs, leagues, referees, coaches and volunteers. Its governance rules cover clubs and competitions based in Hertfordshire and defer to The FA’s rules and regulations where applicable. The association provides competition administration, cup competitions, player and club support, coach and referee education, tournament sanctioning, safeguarding and welfare work. It is a county football governing body, not a professional league or an individual club.
