All India Football Federation

The All India Football Federation (AIFF) is India’s national football federation, recognised by the Government of India and affiliated with FIFA and the Asian Football Confederation. It promotes, develops, administers and governs association football in India through member associations, regulations and national systems. AIFF manages India’s men’s, women’s and youth national teams; sanctions and regulates national competitions; operates competition, registration, coaching and referee systems; and publishes federation regulations. Its work includes grassroots development through Blue Cubs, youth national championships, women’s football pathways and club-development initiatives. In 2026, its General Body adopted a revised constitution aligned with India’s National Sports Governance Act, including registration and disciplinary provisions.
