SportPesa League

The SportPesa League is Kenya’s top-flight men’s football competition, administered by the Football Kenya Federation (FKF), rather than an independent national federation. The league has been contested since 1963 and has carried several sponsorship identities; SportPesa is its current title partner under a ten-year partnership with FKF. The competition is listed by FKF as the 2026/27 men’s top flight and has 18 registered clubs. FKF owns the league competition, certifies the season calendar and appoints match officials, while its Leagues & Competitions Committee sets fixtures, approves postponements and handles protest and disciplinary processes. The official competition platform provides club pages, fixtures, results, standings and match venues; FKF also publishes transfer, registration and referee-appointment updates.
