Mid-American Conference - Gymnastics

The Mid-American Conference administers NCAA women’s gymnastics for seven member programmes. The conference publishes regular-season standings, All-MAC teams and an annual championship meet. Central Michigan won the 2026 MAC regular-season title with a perfect 6–0 conference record, then successfully defended its tournament crown at the Stroh Center in Bowling Green, Ohio, scoring 196.025 to finish ahead of Ball State. The result was Central Michigan’s fourth MAC championship in five years and its 20th in programme history. Luciana Alvarado-Reid won the all-around and shared first place on vault and balance beam, while Lia Kmieciak shared first on vault. The 2026 All-MAC teams were selected using individual National Qualifying Scores, and eleven MAC gymnasts subsequently competed as individuals at NCAA Regional competition.
