Public Schools Athletic League

The Public Schools Athletic League (PSAL) coordinates badminton competition for New York City public high schools. Established in 1903, PSAL is the country's longest-running scholastic athletic program and serves more than 45,000 student-athletes at over 400 member schools across 25 varsity sports. Its badminton portal provides boys' fall and girls' spring seasons, including schedules, statistical leaders, borough and divisional standings, listed entries, playoff brackets, rules and championship history. The 2025-26 girls' season is listed in review, while the 2026 boys' season includes varsity fixtures across the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. PSAL publishes the programme through its official web portal and the New York City Public Schools website.
