Hutto Parks & Recreation

Hutto Parks & Recreation is the City of Hutto, Texas department responsible for parks, trails, athletic leagues, recreation programmes, events and facility reservations. It maintains 165 acres of parkland, including athletic complexes, playgrounds, a splash pad and an eight-mile trail network. The department operates year-round adult leagues in men’s softball, co-ed softball, co-ed kickball and cornhole, as well as an Adult Special Olympics team. Men’s softball is played on Monday evenings and co-ed softball on Friday evenings, with spring, summer and fall options. The 2026 adult sports schedule listed men’s and co-ed softball alongside kickball and cornhole; league rules govern participation, rosters, safety and game administration. The department also provides athletic fields, camps, classes and inclusive community recreation, and is updating its parks, trails and athletic-field planning. This record concerns a municipal recreation-programme operator rather than an independent sports federation.
