Jersey Softball Association

The Jersey Softball Association (JSA) is the organisation that develops and administers softball in Jersey. With more than 30 years of local history, it provides accessible social and competitive opportunities for players of different backgrounds and abilities. JSA operates summer and indoor league activity, youth softball for boys and girls aged 10 to 16, club and team competition, local tournaments and inter-island participation. Its 2026 summer league expanded to 13 teams across two divisions, while the Firstball tournament brought local and visiting teams together at Les Quennevais Softball Diamonds. The association supports player, coach and umpire development, including BASU training and certification for local officials, and administers grants that help members undertake off-island development opportunities. JSA also handles player registration, team administration, fixtures, safeguarding-related data and league communications for the island softball community.
