Buckinghamshire Basketball Association

The Buckinghamshire Basketball Association is a volunteer-led county organisation that promotes basketball across Buckinghamshire. It operates the Buckinghamshire Basketball League, the County Performance Centre and Buckinghamshire County Squads, supports the Schools County Cup, and develops opportunities for coaches, referees and table officials. The Buckinghamshire Basketball League was created in 2003 and is run as a Sunday central-venue competition in Aylesbury for clubs and schools from Buckinghamshire and neighbouring areas. Its current divisions include Under-12 Mixed, Under-14 Mixed, Under-16 Boys and Under-18 Boys, with league and playoff competition. The County Performance Centre provides invitational skill-development programmes for young players aged 10 to 12 and supports routes into county squads, regional inter-county competition and national-league opportunities. The Association maintains club information, league fixtures and results, entry documentation, development guidance and committee contacts.
