Jersey Water Polo Association

Jersey Water Polo Association (JWPA) is the volunteer-run organisation for water polo in Jersey. Established in 1970, it provides coached junior and senior training, membership, club competition and representative activity for the island's water-polo community. Swim England-qualified coaches lead its programme, and membership fees fund pool hire and equipment. Junior sessions are offered for ages 8 to 12, 13 to 15 and mixed 15-and-over players, while senior women's, men's and mixed sessions are held at AquaSplash with additional summer activity at Havre des Pas when conditions permit. JWPA competes in Jersey, Guernsey, France and the United Kingdom, including Channel Islands teams in the Hampshire League, and hosts island tournaments for visiting men's and women's teams. It maintains equality, diversity and inclusion, safeguarding and conduct policies, adopting Swim England's Wavepower safeguarding framework. JWPA is an island association and club programme, not an independent national governing body.
