Ames Parks and Recreation

Ames Parks and Recreation operates a co-ed summer ultimate frisbee league for participants aged 16 and over in Ames, Iowa. The programme is open to all skill levels, from beginners to experienced players. Players register individually and complete a self-assessment covering disc skills, experience and availability; Parks and Recreation staff use this information to form balanced teams. The league is part of the department's adult sports programme, which provides registration, schedules, rules and participant administration across a range of community sports.
