Solomon Islands - Beach Soccer
The Solomon Islands Football Federation (SIFF) governs and develops beach soccer in the Solomon Islands alongside its wider football programmes. It manages the national beach-soccer team, Bilikiki, and has a dedicated Futsal and Beach Soccer Development Officer. Bilikiki gave the Solomon Islands its first FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup appearance in 2006 and has continued to represent the country in Oceania competition. SIFF’s development work includes national beach-soccer championships, the Super Beach Soccer League and support for provincial and community events. The federation has also developed a beach-soccer pitch at the SIFF Academy in Honiara, which hosted the OFC Beach Soccer Men’s Nations Cup in 2024. Its elite-development planning treats beach soccer as a national-team pathway supported by coaching, competition and player development.
