Lathrop Parks and Recreation

Lathrop Parks & Recreation is the City of Lathrop's community recreation service in California, not a volleyball federation. Its programme includes co-ed Youth Volleyball for ages 8–13, Teen Volleyball for ages 14–17 and adult drop-in volleyball. The leagues teach serving, passing, setting, hitting and digging, with an emphasis on sportsmanship and teamwork. Participants receive a jersey and play an eight-game season; the teen league ends with a tournament. The service publishes registration information, rulebooks, schedules, venues and calendars through TeamSideline and city recreation pages.
