The National League

The National League is the competition organisation for the top three levels of English non-League football: the National League, National League North and National League South. The National League is the Step 1 division of the National League System and provides a route to the English Football League, with promotion awarded to the champions and the Promotion Final winner. National League North and National League South operate at Step 2 and provide promotion routes to the national division. The organisation administers fixtures, tables, results, clubs, match reporting and its promotion play-offs across the three divisions. Its official platform publishes current competition news, schedules, standings, club information, statistics, results and video content, including coverage through National League TV and the National League Cup.
