North East Football League

The North Eastern Football League (NEFL), formerly the Meath and District League, provides organised football in the north-east of Ireland. The league has operated in the region for more than 40 years and is based at the MDL Grounds in Navan, County Meath. Its competition programme includes a Premier Division, lower senior divisions, reserve football, women’s fixtures and cup and shield competitions. These include the Premier League Cup, Reserve Cup, Kilmessan Shield, Fitzsimons Cup and Challenge Cup. The official platform publishes fixtures, results, tables, competition information, match highlights and committee contacts. Through its league and cup programme, the NEFL supports clubs across Meath and the wider north-east region.
