Central Football

Central Football is one of New Zealand Football’s six geographic federations. It serves football communities across Taranaki, Whanganui, Manawatū, Hawke’s Bay and Tairāwhiti Gisborne, combining coaching, refereeing, playing and administration functions for clubs, schools and participants of all ages. The federation manages local and regional competition pathways, including community leagues, Central Development Leagues, women’s and men’s federation competitions, and participation in the Central League regional phase. It also delivers youth representative programmes and supports the growth of women’s football, player development, match officials and club capability. Its official website publishes fixtures, results, regulations, competition updates and resources for the Central Football community.
