North Atlantic Conference
United States - Tennis
The North Atlantic Conference (NAC) administers NCAA Division III tennis competition for its member institutions. In women's tennis, the NAC conducts its own conference championship and holds an NCAA automatic qualifier; Simmons University won its first NAC women's title in 2025 by defeating Husson, 5-2, and then advanced to the NCAA tournament. Beginning with the 2025 spring season, NAC men's tennis programs have competed as associate members of the Empire 8 Conference. Empire 8 administers the men's regular-season awards and championship while the NAC coordinates the NAC East Division schedule; the combined arrangement gives NAC institutions access to the NCAA automatic qualifier. The conference publishes sport guidelines, schedules, championship procedures, standings and awards on its official website.
