Public Schools Athletic League
United States - Swimming & Diving
The Public Schools Athletic League (PSAL) coordinates varsity swimming and diving for New York City public high schools. Its official programme runs girls' swimming in the fall and boys' swimming in the winter, with schedules, statistical leaders, division standings, team entries, playoff brackets, rules and championship history. The 2025-26 season included PSAL A Division Boys Swimming and Diving Championships and B Division Boys Swimming Championships, while the 2026 girls' fall schedule contains varsity meets across the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island. Teams compete in borough and divisional structures, and the league uses school and public-pool venues throughout the city. PSAL publishes the programme through its official portal and New York City Public Schools.
