Twin Cities Ultimate League

Twin Cities Ultimate League (TCUL) is a community organisation promoting Ultimate in Minneapolis, Saint Paul and the surrounding metropolitan area. It provides leagues, tournaments, clinics and other events throughout the year, with a focus on athletic activity, fair play and sportsmanship. TCUL offers recreational and organised competitive formats, including mixed and male-matching-player leagues; its 2026 spring mixed league uses an individual-registration hat format designed to balance teams across player experience levels. The league’s 2026 fall player registration is active, and substitute players must complete the required waivers and health-and-wellness policies before participating. TCUL’s volunteer board coordinates local Ultimate programming, and its policies use USA Ultimate’s 2026-27 rules, including gender-ratio guidance for mixed play. League and event locations include the National Sports Center, St. Clair, McMurray Fields, Lake Nokomis Athletic Fields and several Twin Cities schools.
