Mountain East Conference - Cross Country

The Mountain East Conference (MEC) sponsors NCAA Division II men's and women's cross country for its member institutions in the Atlantic Region. Its annual conference championship serves as the principal league meet, with all teams eligible to compete; the 2025 championship was scheduled for 25 October at Oglebay Resort's Crispin Golf Course in Wheeling, West Virginia. University of Charleston won the 2025 MEC men's championship and Davis & Elkins won the women's championship. Both programs went on to the NCAA Division II Championships in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where Charleston's men finished 24th and Davis & Elkins' women placed 23rd. The MEC publishes its schedules, championship information, standings, results, awards and preseason coverage through its official website.
