Southland Conference - Cross Country

The Southland Conference is an NCAA Division I collegiate athletic conference that conducts men's and women's cross country competition for member institutions in Texas and Louisiana. The conference publishes schedules, standings, championship information and results through its official athletics website. The 2025 Southland Cross Country Championships were held in Natchitoches, Louisiana, and Stephen F. Austin entered the subsequent 2026 season as the defending men's and women's conference champion. For the 2026–27 season, the Southland Conference has scheduled its men's and women's cross country championships for 30 October at McNeese State in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Conference athletes may progress from the league championship to the NCAA South Central Regional Championships and, where qualified, to the NCAA Championships.
