Mountain East Conference - Swimming & Diving

The Mountain East Conference (MEC) sponsors NCAA Division II men's and women's swimming and diving and conducts its championship in partnership with the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC). The joint championship, established in 2018, brings both conferences' programs together while producing conference recognition for MEC athletes. The 2026 G-MAC/MEC Swimming & Diving Championships were held from 10 to 13 February at C.T. Branin Natatorium in Canton, Ohio, hosted by Malone University. MEC participants included Davis & Elkins, Fairmont State, Frostburg State, Salem, West Virginia Wesleyan and Wheeling; Frostburg State entered as the defending 2025 MEC champion for both men's and women's swimming. Beginning in 2027, the joint championship will move to the Peak Health Aquatic Center at Mylan Park in Morgantown, West Virginia. The MEC publishes schedules, results, all-conference honors and championship information through its official website.
