Warwickshire Cricket League

The Warwickshire County Cricket League (WCCL), commonly presented as the Warwickshire Cricket League, organises competitive Saturday club cricket for teams across Warwickshire and the surrounding area. It provides a structured pathway for clubs of different standards and is a feeder league into the Birmingham and District Premier Cricket League, the region’s premier club competition. The league publishes fixtures, results, tables, player performances and team information, and is administered by a management committee and general manager. Its regulations and disciplinary processes adopt the England and Wales Cricket Board’s conduct and anti-discrimination framework, with league procedures applying to participating clubs, players, officials and spectators. WCCL works alongside the Warwickshire Cricket Foundation and other local cricket bodies on standards, discipline and recreational-cricket development. It is an amateur club-league organiser, not Warwickshire County Cricket Club or the national cricket governing body.
