Watford Netball League

Watford Netball League (WNL) is a competitive local netball league established in 1974 for women of varying ages and playing standards in Watford, Hertfordshire. It is governed by a President and league officers responsible for administration, fixtures, finance, umpiring and safeguarding; officers must be affiliated to England Netball. The adult winter competition is played on Sunday mornings at Parmiter's School in Garston and is organised across three divisions, with team registration, fixtures, scorecards, league tables and player-addition procedures published online. WNL also supports the Kath Worrell Junior League, which provides under-11, under-13 and under-15 competition. The league operates an Annual General Meeting to receive reports and accounts, set fees, amend rules and elect officers. It follows England Netball requirements and is a local competition organiser rather than a national governing body.
