Leeds Softball Association

Leeds Softball Association (LSA) is a British Softball Federation-affiliated adult slowpitch softball association that has run league softball in Leeds since 1992. It exists to increase interest and awareness of softball and to help adult players and supporters enjoy the sport. The league runs from early May to late August, with a regular league schedule and a knockout cup competition. Its current six-team competition is played at Adel War Memorial Sports Ground, where the association’s community club has an established home base. LSA welcomes beginners, individual players and new teams, provides equipment, and supports tournament participation, with league players sometimes pooled into tournament teams. A committee elected annually from association members manages the league. LSA also stages open co-ed tournaments and supports training and development activity. It is a regional adult league and participation organiser, not the national governing body for softball.
