The league began sponsoring the sport in spring 2025 with St. Joseph's University Brooklyn, St. Joseph's University Long Island and Mount Saint Mary; Old Westbury joined the following year. St. Joseph's Long Island won the inaugural Skyline championship in 2026, defeating St. Joseph's Brooklyn 32-12. Manhattanville announced it will join the conference’s flag-football programme in spring 2028. The Skyline publishes sport pages, schedules, results and championship reports through its official website.
