City of Cape Coral Parks & Recreation Adult Sports

City of Cape Coral Parks & Recreation Adult Sports is the municipal Athletic Division programme that operates organised adult leagues, including men's 7-on-7 flag football. The adult flag-football programme is open to men aged 18 and over, has spring and fall seasons, and accepts a limited number of team registrations. Games are played on Sunday mornings at local athletic fields, with league schedules and standings published by the city. The division provides referees, field space and rules based on Florida Sports Foundation flag-football rules; teams manage their own registration and rosters. Cape Coral's Athletic Division also runs youth flag football for ages 5–16, schedules 53 athletic fields across 11 complexes, and supports adult and youth tournaments. It is a public recreation provider, rather than an independent flag-football governing body.
