Virginia Youth Soccer Association

Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA) is a non-profit charitable state association that promotes youth association football in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia. It is an official member of U.S. Soccer, US Youth Soccer and the U.S. Futsal Federation, and serves member clubs, leagues, players, coaches, referees and families. VYSA sanctions hundreds of tournaments, delivers U.S. Soccer coaching education, operates Olympic Development Program pathways, administers membership and registration services, and runs the annual Virginia State Cup for boys’ and girls’ teams from 11U through 19U, with eligible winners advancing to US Youth Soccer national competition. It enforces annual risk-management and SafeSport requirements for member organisations. This record concerns soccer, not American football.
