Longview Youth Softball Association

Longview Youth Softball Association (LYSA) is a Longview, Texas nonprofit youth softball organisation that provides girls' fastpitch softball programmes, leagues and team competition. Its official TeamSideline portal states the association's purpose is to build a solid foundation in softball while developing participants' skills, values and passion for the game. The active fall 2026 programme includes 6U, 8U, 10U and 12/14U divisions, with games scheduled at local Longview-area softball fields including McWhorter, Bill Owens and Hill Sanders. The portal manages team schedules, results, volunteer activity, locations, registration and coach equipment checkout. LYSA is an independent youth softball association rather than the City of Longview's separate adult softball programme or the distinct Longview Girls Softball Association.
