USA South Athletic Conference - Softball

The USA South Athletic Conference administers NCAA Division III women’s softball, publishing standings, statistics, awards and postseason competition for its member institutions. In 2026, the top eight teams entered two four-team, double-elimination opening brackets hosted by the top two seeds; the bracket winners advanced to a best-of-three championship series at the highest remaining seed. Pfeiffer University, the regular-season champion at 17–1 in conference play, won the tournament for the fourth consecutive year. In the championship series at Pfeiffer, the Falcons swept N.C. Wesleyan 14–0 in five innings and 6–4. Conference all-sportsmanship and all-conference honors are selected by the softball coaches at the competing institutions.
