Kentucky High School Athletic Association Field Hockey - Softball

The Kentucky High School Athletic Association (KHSAA) administers fastpitch softball for Kentucky member high schools. Its softball programme provides seasonal standings and statistical data, team alignment, district and region tournament administration, and a statewide championship pathway. KHSAA publishes competition rules, rules-clinic and testing dates, RPI information, venue standards, tournament brackets, umpiring guidance and NFHS softball resources. The state tournament is held at John Cropp Stadium on the University of Kentucky campus, with first and second rounds, quarterfinals, semifinals and a final. KHSAA has served Kentucky schools and student-athletes since 1917 and is the agency designated by the Kentucky Department of Education to manage high-school athletics.
