Lexington County Recreation & Aging Commission

Lexington County Recreation & Aging Commission (LCRAC) is a South Carolina special-purpose district that provides recreation, athletics, facilities and aging services. Its Athletic Division facilitates youth softball leagues across the county and provides field maintenance and official scheduling; the youth programme includes 6U and 8U coach-pitch and 10U, 12U and 16U fast-pitch divisions under Perfect Game softball rules with local policies. LCRAC also operates adult slow-pitch softball for men's, co-ed, church and masters age-group teams. Adult leagues use team and individual registration, ten-week schedules, league rules, standings and coaches meetings, with play at Pine Grove Sports Complex. Youth community leagues are volunteer-run and facilitated rather than directly managed in their daily operations by LCRAC. The commission is a public recreation provider and league facilitator, not an independent softball governing body.
