Big East Conference - Softball

The BIG EAST Conference is an NCAA Division I collegiate athletics conference that organises softball competition for its member institutions. The conference runs a regular season with standings and statistical coverage, names weekly and year-end award winners, and stages the BIG EAST Softball Championship. The 2026 championship took place at the Parkway Bank Softball Complex in Rosemont, Illinois. UConn won the title, its second in succession, and received the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division I Softball Championship. Conference honours, including major awards and all-conference teams, are selected by a coaches' vote based on performance in BIG EAST play.
