Ohio Athletic Conference - Softball

The Ohio Athletic Conference is an NCAA Division III collegiate athletics conference founded in 1902 and comprising nine Ohio institutions. Its softball programme administers conference regular-season competition, standings, statistics and the Ohio Athletic Conference Softball Tournament. The 2026 tournament expanded to six teams. Capital won the championship as the sixth seed, defeating Heidelberg 7-2 for its third OAC softball title, and secured the conference's automatic berth to the NCAA Division III Softball Tournament. The OAC presents collegiate competition as an extension of its member institutions' educational and academic values.
