NTBA

The National Travel Basketball Association (NTBA) is a United States youth travel-basketball tournament operator for boys and girls in third through twelfth grade. It runs tournaments across the country and stages its annual National Championships in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The organisation provides team registration and membership services, event schedules, eligibility requirements, game rules, roster and verification guidance, and team insurance information. NTBA uses grade-based divisions for its girls’ events and offers grade- and age-based boys’ divisions at its National Championships. Its 2026 calendar included girls’ nationals and two boys’ national championships, with divisions ranging from 9U to 14U and fifth through twelfth grade. This record concerns the commercial travel-basketball event organiser, not a national governing body, a member team, a host venue or a single tournament.
