East Coast Conference - Basketball

The East Coast Conference (ECC) is an NCAA Division II intercollegiate athletic conference and an NCAA member since 1989. It organises men’s and women’s basketball competition, standings, awards, championship events and officiating for nine member institutions. The 2026 women’s championship was won by Daemen University, which defeated Mercy 73–68 for its sixth title; Daemen and Mercy also shared the regular-season championship. In 2027, the men’s and women’s six-team championships are scheduled for 3, 6 and 7 March: first-round games are hosted by the third and fourth seeds, then semifinals and finals by the top seed. The conference will broadcast all its 2026–27 championships on FloCollege. The ECC is headquartered in Colonia, New Jersey. This profile concerns the conference organiser, not a member university, individual team or single tournament.
