Midwest Conference

The Midwest Conference (MWC) is an NCAA Division III intercollegiate athletic conference. Its official materials identify the conference as a Division III member sponsoring championship sports for more than 3,000 student-athletes, including men’s and women’s basketball. The conference organises regular-season play, standings and postseason basketball tournaments; its 2026 men’s tournament page states that the top four teams qualify for the conference tournament and that the winner receives the automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Tournament. The official site also publishes women’s basketball standings and maintains basketball records. NCAA Division III conference standings include the Midwest Conference, and NCAA championship material records the conference’s automatic-qualification status. This record covers the collegiate conference and its basketball competitions, not a professional league or a national basketball federation.
