United States - Basketball
Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Basketball is the men’s and women’s basketball competition administered by the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC). The official conference platform provides basketball standings, schedules, results, championship information, broadcasts and news. Its 2026–27 postseason uses a 12-team format seeded by overall conference winning percentage across 22 games: first-round games are on 24 February 2027 at higher-seeded campuses, while the quarterfinals, semifinals and championships run from 27 February to 2 March at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In 2026, Concordia–St. Paul won the women’s tournament title, defeating Minnesota State 79–71 and securing the automatic NCAA Central Region berth; Minnesota Duluth then won the NCAA Central Region. This profile concerns the NSIC basketball organiser and its championships, not an individual member university, an unrelated Northern Sun competition or another league.
