The CIAA’s official platform provides schedules, results, brackets, championship coverage, broadcasts and news for its 12 member institutions. The 2026 tournament was held at CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore: Fayetteville State won the men’s title and Winston-Salem State won its first women’s title, defeating Fayetteville State 60–43. The 81st CIAA Men’s and 52nd CIAA Women’s Basketball Tournament is scheduled for 23–27 February 2027 at CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore. This profile concerns the CIAA basketball organiser and its championships, not an individual member university, another collegiate association or a professional league.
