Horizon League - Basketball

Horizon League Basketball is the men’s and women’s basketball competition administered by the Horizon League, an NCAA Division I collegiate athletic conference. The official league platform provides schedules, standings, tournament brackets, results, statistics and championship coverage for member institutions. At the 2026 Barbasol Horizon League Championships, Wright State won the men’s title and Green Bay defeated Youngstown State 57–49 to win the women’s title and secure a third consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance. For 2026–27, the league uses a 12-team, 20-game schedule in which teams play nine opponents twice and two opponents once; regular season play ends on 27 February. This profile concerns the Horizon League basketball organiser and championships, not an individual member university or unrelated regional league.
