Southeastern Conference

Southeastern Conference Basketball is the men’s and women’s NCAA Division I basketball competition administered by the Southeastern Conference (SEC) for its 16 member universities. The official SEC platform provides schedules, standings, statistics, championship coverage, broadcasting information and member team pages. Arkansas won the 2026 SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, while Texas defeated South Carolina 78–61 for its first SEC Women’s Basketball Tournament championship. For 2027, the men’s league schedule runs from 2 January to 6 March, with each school playing all 15 opponents at least once and three twice; the men’s tournament is 10–14 March in Nashville. The women’s tournament is 3–7 March in Greenville, South Carolina. This profile concerns the SEC basketball organiser and championships, not a member university or unrelated southeastern league.
