Mid-South Conference

Mid-South Conference Basketball is the men’s and women’s collegiate basketball competition of the Mid-South Conference (MSC), an NAIA league. Its participating basketball members are Bethel, Campbellsville, Cumberland, Cumberlands, Freed-Hardeman, Georgetown and Lindsey Wilson. The conference uses NCAA playing rules with NAIA modifications and operates regular-season standings and a postseason tournament. In 2026, Freed-Hardeman won both the MSC men’s regular-season and tournament titles, defeating Bethel 72–64 in the final for the league’s automatic NAIA national-tournament berth. Five MSC men’s teams entered the 2026 NAIA national championship field.
