White Rock-Lake Highlands YMCA

White Rock/Lake Highlands YMCA is the youth basketball programme operated by the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas across its White Rock and Lake Highlands branches in Dallas, Texas. The YMCA's youth sports approach prioritises family involvement, healthy competition, team building, individual development and character building. The verified TeamSideline portal publishes schedules for the combined White Rock/Lake Highlands programme, including Summer Basketball 2026. Its youth teams serve participants aged three to fourteen, or grades PK3 through eight; pre-kindergarten is co-ed and older divisions are normally formed by grade and gender. The programme uses volunteer coaches, who are required to complete background-check and athlete-protection processes. Practices and games are hosted at YMCA branches and listed community sites in Dallas. The Lake Highlands Family YMCA at 8920 Stults Road has a basketball court and gym schedule that includes youth games and basketball practices; White Rock YMCA at 7112 Gaston Avenue offers basketball programmes and court time for youth, families, teens and adults. The branches also provide basketball camps and clinics. This is a YMCA community sports programme, not a standalone basketball federation.
